What do i need to open a 3D/4D ultrasound imaging place?

Im a Diagnostic Ultrasound Tech, and ive been thinking about opening a small imaging place just to provide 3D/4D imaging for people, im not diagnosing anything just 3D images for OB patients that want to see there fetal face before there born and have a pic for memory album. Anyways i just want to know what i need to open place like this?

1. You probably need malpractice/liability insurance, and a liability waiver/consent form, possibly something that requires the signature of an obstetrician for the procedure. You may be able to frame the business in the context of a "baby photos" service that has nothing to do with medical procedures, and bundle the images with material that states the images are unsuitable for diagnostic purposes. It's likely that if you do enough of these images someone is going to flip out if their pregnancy develops complications and blame it on you.
