Is there any solution of flicker coming in 3D tv?

I saw demonstration on 3d tv but not impressive, they have the problem of flicker in all 3d tv. when I ask them about this . They told me it’s coming with all 3d tv. is that true?

  1. The latest FPR (Frame Patterned Retarder) technlogy models - which use passive glasses - are reported to experience less flicker than existing models. Reports on the newest Vizio set suggest it's flicker free.
  2. The way active shutter glasses work is that they open and close infront of your eyes 120 times a second, thats why you may see flicker. Passive technology will reduce flicker but your 3D resolution will be cut in HALF.
  3. actually most active glasses are 24o hz go to a store that has the lg passive system and check it out!
  4. May be, I heard that some top brand launching 3d tv with new and better technology. Let’s hope, there will not come with flicker problem.
