Is buying a 3D TV reliable by simply seeing the promotional ads?
Samsung & Sony are always showing ads on their respective 3D TV models. Whereas other brands like LG or Panasonic are not having yet. Is it good to buy a 3D TV going through the ads?

- Definately not. An advertisement is always like a gold plating on a copper plate. rather than getting attracted to an ad make a thorough analysis by physically experiencing the tv u want to purchase by setting aside specific goals of the Size, Price and some pre determined functions or options u need to have in ur television. Also u can make use of online reviews in the international circuit of the particular model u want to purchase. Since it would be an investment of 5 years or say 75k you need to do analysis. I would suggest u to go with Samsung. Sony is good but the pricing is not apt. Its jst over costing bcs of its brand name tag.
- buying a 3D TV, u can watch the 3D videos provided by them along with the TV.. but u dont hav any service provider providing 3D videos
- Hi friend, you’re right that Samsung & Sony are only having their 3D TV in India. But, LG is also coming in India very soon. Don’t worry friend! 3D TV has no drawback, instead it keeps the potential to change the electronic world. If you’re really overjoyed with the ads, you can easily buy a 3D TV.
- Though i have never experienced a 3d tv myself but i really doubt whether the 3d tv really enhance the viewing quality that much as the high price tag it has got with it. 3d tvs are also the newest technology in the market so i would recommend you to hold on for a bit longer. in my openion if u r going for a 3d tv then go for panasonic plasma 3d tv(by the way panasonic has got the range of 3d plasma tv----gt20 series or vt20 series) they cost much less as compared sony, samsung 3d tvs and the picture quality is really good.(if u r staying in India then having all these technologies in ur tv for daily use will be just a wastage of money)
