Are 4d ultrasounds accurate on seeing how your baby will look like?

I had a 4d ultrasound at 26 weeks & My baby looks just like my hubby. The exact same face. Wondering if he'll look exactly like in the ultrasound? Thanks

1. Most probably yes, but you were only 26 weeks, & babies change very rapidly. But their facial features tend to stay the same. By sister had an ultra sound round about when you had yours, & her baby looked very much like she did in the ultra sound:) Hope this helps x
