Can a 3D TV get upgraded to have 2D to 3D conversion feature?

If my 3D LED TV doesn’t have the 2D to 3D conversion feature, is it possible to buy like an adapter or device to upgrade my TV with the feature?

1. Don't mean to disappoint you but TVs are not computers. Each TV comes equipped with the exact feature that they can use, nothing can be added or taken away. If you're TV doesn't have the feature, your out of luck unless you plan on purchasing one that does. I'm pretty sure any TV with Cinema 3D TV technology has this feature.
2. Well you can't exactly upgrade, if you mean improve the inherent set of features that you've got. But you can get separate/standalone 3D TV converters of various types. Definitely try before you buy though, it's unlikely you'll find any content delivered by 2D to 3D conversion that comes close to true native filmed 3D.
