What do you think of people staying in public flats who don't pay up their rental fees?

There are many cases in Malaysia of people staying in public flats who don't pay up their rental fees for over many many years. Then later they complain the management didn't repair the lift, didn't repaint the flats and blame the management and the government for being cruel when they demand the residents to pay up a huge sum of rental fees for over 20 years which they owe to the management. But the residents can still buy big cars, install Astro, install several air-conds, and they still have money to gamble by buying 4D, Magnum....etc.

...Delusional. Edit: Seems I forgot to put more words, I mean delusional on both sides... The tenants never paid anything and asking for more and the manager of the flats for not kicking them out after a few months of no payment.

Very common lah. Look most of my friends all took money from MARA and they never paid a cent back. In Malaysia all boleh one. Not two or three but "one" So not happy complain lah will be their thinking.
I would think of them as not human. They are p** & d** [ sorry- can't give the words, out of respect to Muslims during this holy month].
