Some 3D model converter help (Blender)?

Ok so I got some great character models from turbosquid.com today but the bulk of them are made in Cinima 4D so I am unable to import them into Blender (my 3D software of choice), turbosquid said the models are in a .c4d format but when i look at them in my folders after extracting the ZIP files it says the models are .RAR, Blender can not import that ether. I am looking for a free program, Blender plugin or website that can convert these .RAR/.c4d files into something Blender recognizes. Preferably .Blend but I'll take .obj if I have to. Also I am using Blender version 2.57b if that's important. Thanks :P

2. .RAR is a zipped format, you need an unzipping utility like WinRar(free version) to unzip the .c4d file. Blender isn't going to be able to import a .c4d file. However you can download a free trial of cinema 4d from Maxon.net and export the file as an OBJ.
