What are those sound effects called that famous YouTubers use?

For example: http://www.smosh.com/PC/videos/3d-extras - the sound at 1:32 http://www.smosh.com/videos/im-not-racist-extras - the sound at 3:03 There are a lot more sounds that are commonly used. Is it some kind of a sound effect pack? If so, where can I download it? Thanks :) Thanks, Absolut! 1. Most of the sound effects are in the Program iMovie for Mac computers. (I just went into my iMovie and listened to half of the sound effects, a lot of Youtubers use them in their videos) If they don't use iMovie, then they get sound effects from Final Cut Pro or Sony Vegas, two expensive video editing programs. There are no "sound effects packs" that you can download. It doesn't work like that.
