Creating A Sora 3D model in blender or Zbrush?

I've recently started using blender and Zbrush. I am still fairly new at the the program but I was wondering can anyone give me tips on the eyes and Hair for sora. It's not nessasairly sora that I am trying to create but the style in which he is made. How do they make the hair and are the eyes models or textures on a flat plane. Also on a side note lol does anyone have any 3D models of Sora or any of the Kingdom hearts characters that you made your self on a deviant art page or something that I may view for personal enjoyment/Inspiration lol ive seen tutorials on hair, and anime style hair. But its never thick and quite spikey like his

1. I don't have any tips for you, but by any chance are you on the kingdom Hearts Wiki (The Keyhole)? They're doing a 3D rendering of different characters for their images.
