which is batter SONY or PHILIPS or Samsung TV'S?

i wanna get a new TV that his 3D HD LED-TV but which is batter and i want a TV that's cost less then 1600$ but which is batter i have my eye on Sony cause it's less then Samsung and i want it more then 40 inch

3. Samsung.!! (I would not buy any Sony.). Their quality has gone way downhill, and few features. There is currently a large recall on Sonys models due to a fire hazard..
