Digital cameras that record stereo sound?

Hi guys, I'm looking for an affordable digital (compact PnS) camera that can shoot videos with clear and stereo sound. It doesn't have to be 720p or 1080p -- as long as recording quality is better than your standard mono-mike cameras. Some cameras are capable of awesome sound recording, but they're way over my wherewithal. I'm looking for something $200-$350. Many thanks in advance for suggestions!

1. The Aiptek brand records in stereo. They are not as high quality as some of the more established brands like Sony, Panasonic, etc., but they are a lot cheaper than those too. You can buy them online, like at Amazon.
