Where to find 3d models of the the ships and people in the Clone Wars tv show?

I'm making a little 3d animation for a school project in 3ds max or maya (I have both) and I want to do a Star Wars the Clone Wars Short so I am wandering is there a website where people either leaked or replicated the models used in the show. If so would you please help me I'm so lost. Thanks in advanced
