Sony or Philips TV ? Please help me?

I would like to buy a TV that is not tiring the eyes. Even when it shows black can not see within myself. Further more I would like to surfing on the internet for watching movies from YouTube.*Also want the 3D application.Sorry for my horrible English !!!

1. Personally, I like Sony and I hate Philips. That's my opinion. But to avoid reflection in the screen, that's a function of TV type, rather than brand. Plasma TVs have a glossy screen protector that reflects the room light, where LCD TVs do not (normally).
2. I would not buy a Sony. Their quality has gone WAY down over the last decade. It is a featureless, vanilla TV.. I see a lot of Sony returns, and problems... (There was even a recent recall for a fire hazard in some models.)!
