How much does a good 70inch 3d tv cost?

My mum lives in Australia and has building her house she's also buying a 70inch 3d tv she wants a good make... Just wondering how much they cost? She won't tell me and i don't know the rate of currency is between the Australian dollar and the UK pound. My boyfriend got his 3d one for under £500 but it's not very big... No where near as big.
