Who Can Fabricate My AutoCAD 3D Model?

I want to design something in 3D using AutoCAD. I would like it to be fabricated and marketed. So who can help me on this? Let us say for example, a plastic container or a metal handle, or even a full detailed metal door knob?

1. In the USA Protomold will make things in metal and plastic from files and produces 1 to 1000 or more, they say. Other companies will do 3D printing in plastic. However, that has nothing to do with marketing and depending on the level of production you want is likely to be rather more costly than mass production. Otherwise you have to convince a marketing firm, perhaps using prototypes you have had made, that your product is worth handling, etc.
