How early can you tell the sex of your baby using 3d ultrasound?

1. Ive heard some doctors telling as early as 14 weeks, but with me it was 5 months. I think it really depends on how good the doctor is and if the baby is in the correct position. With my daughter, the nurse swore it was a girl at only 13 weeks but said we should do another one later
