Can I run 3D Studio Max 9 with my current PC spec?

My PC Spec: CPU: Intel E8400 @ 3.00Ghz 6mb cache MOBO: Gigabyte P35-DS3L RAM: 2X Corsair XMS2@ 800Mhz VGA: MSI Nvidia 9600gt will my PC able to run 3D max 9 in its full capacity smoothly? thanks for the advise
