Good DVD for learning 3d studio max?

I just got 3d studio max and i basicly have no idea what the hell im doing lol. I need a DVD that teaches the basics because i learn better if i see what they do instead of just reading a 1000 page book. I found one called (3ds max essentials) but no one near me sells it and i cant find it for download anywhere. Can someone recomend me some DVD's that are preferbly cheap and are good for learning the basics and or the better stuff? I just need to know how to model, how to animate, how to build bones, build reactors and how to makes things actuel things instead of just falling through each other. Once i learn the basics i can figure out things on my own like i did with photoshop cs2.
