Does anybody have some experience with Beta-1,3D Glucan?

If you do,do you feel more hungry all the time and also do you feel some kind of anxious?

1. Hi! I've been taking Beta 1,3 Glucan for a month now. I do take it along with several other vitamins, but haven't noticed any negative effects from it. On several occasions I took them alone and didn't feel a negative reaction. I noticed on my bottle, it was mixed with a mushroom extract, as well. Is yours also mixed? Perhaps it's the mixed ingredient causing the reaction.
