  1. How come nobody is answering this question? Anyways, here: 1) -7+3d<9 (d+9) is the question. Um.. you will first distribute the right side. so you will get -7+3d< 9d+81 right? then you move the Ds to one side and the number to one side. Just for the sake of not having negative variables, I will move the variables to the right and the numbers to the left okay? okay.. then if i subtract 3d to the right and subtract 81 to the left, i will get -88<6d right? then i divide and get (-44/3)<d. that's my answer for the first question. Unless you gave me the wrong problem, my answer is (-44/3)<d. 2) 9(q+15)>-26 is the question. you will distribute the left side first. you will get 9q+135>-26 right? then subtract 135 to the right. you will get 9q> -161. q> (-161/9). Um.. I think there was a typo in your equations or is your homework based on like improper fractions or something. Cause the answers I get are not integers. If by any chance, you typed them wrong, you can email me at mashi_cutie@hotmail.com but if they are right then my answers are as above.
  2. #1) -7+ 3d < 9( d + 9) = - 7 + 3d < 9d + 81 = - 7 - 81 < 9d - 3d = - 88 < 6d = - 88 / 6 < d d > - 44 / 3 # 2) 9( q + 15 ) > - 26 = 9q + 135 > - 26 = 9q > - 26 - 135 = 9q > - 161 q > - 161 / 9
