What 3D program is used to make the film Final Fantasy VII Advent Children?

I would like to know 1) what 3D program that the Square Enix use to make the film Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and the other series of Final Fantasy. 2) about the other programs they use in making this film. It would be great if anybody could please give me answers. I would like to learn about 3D modelling and animation. Thanks in advanced.
