Where can i get a 3d model of a 1.5mod 15 tooth worm wheel from?

1. Firstly ..... What format ? Do you have Autocad, Pro-Engineer or what ? There are plenty of sites that do 3D models for free on the web, but cant point you in the right direction without knowing what programme you are using, sorry. Of course, if push came to shove I could just do one for you.
