Why cant the videos that i download(the ones that i got from my camera)wont show up on my ipod(showsonitunes)?

pleeze help me i already did the <get info-video> stuff and it still wont show but im thinking its the channel the channel that its on is MONO and the videos that work is on channel STEREO and i cant change the channels plz help me

1. Have you synced it? Are the format of your videos .mp4? I do not think that it is related on the channel. Plug-in your iPod then it will automatically synced, but to be sure synced it again because sometimes it does not really sync even though itunes tell that syncing complete. If your videos are not .mp4, you must convert them to mp4. As far as I know my iPod video only support .mp4,
