My 3D Games Crash after sometime when i start them? What should i do?

Games like Quake 3, Quake 4, Age of Empires 3 and Warcheifs, Scorched3D, GTA's, Pet Racer, Pet Soccer, etc. I have Direct X 9.0c installed.

2. I used to have the same problem. Check your video card. Most computers come very under equiped to play 3D games. You'll need a good video card and probably a memory upgrade. I put a $60 ATI Radeon in my computer and added 1 gig of memory (for a total of 1 1/2 gigs). My games never lag or crash anymore.
3. That definitely sounds like a video card or memory issue. Have you upgraded your computer's video card or memory at all? I used to have a similar problem running games with high textures and high graphic requirements. I then upgraded my video card and the games ran SO much better. I still have some lag so I'm planning on upgrading my memory to a 1gb so that should take care of that problem. My advice is to definitely upgrade your video card first and then your memory if you want to. Good luck!
