Will we ever see free 3d games that show banners in the world?

Imagine GTA San Andreas showing banners in the city. Banners as in same banners you see on the street. By that i mean in the actual 3d world! On buildings or subway stations or stuffs like that. I believe companies would pay lots of money for advertising inside the game, enough money to be able to give the game for free!

Hi Sotir, Currently many video games have real time advertisements in their games, for example there is this free online golf game called Shot Online (which is very fun), and they have large boards which advertisers can put banners on. http://www.shot-online.com/ There are a few commercial games which use it aswell, although I cannot name any off the top of my head. Update: I remeber now the new Need for Speed games, have various companies and advertisements around their "virtual worlds" already.
