Finding 3D Tree Models/Tutorials?

I'm experimenting with modeling trees and plants in 3D Studio Max 6. My goals are moderate to low polygonal counts. Are there any good tutorials online for modeling plants and especially trees? Better yet, are there any sites one can download, for free, tree and plant models? I'd rather examine the models themselves but barring that, a I'll take a good tutorial.
