What free, downloadable 3d building program to use to build a model motorcross track?

I want to make a 3d model of a motorcross track im going to build. I do not know what 3d modeling tools are out there. I just need a simple one to build common track obstacles, jumps, whoops, burms...etc. I have dial up internet so i dont want the download size over 5mb (preferably half that) Thanks Tried java 3d download in 2 diferent forms but say that my processor does not support the package....
