3d Modeling program for aircraft?

Whats a good 3d modeling program for aircraft thats free to download?

1. if free is the constraint then http://sketchup.google.com/ or a little more complex and powerful http://www.blender.org/cms/Home.2.0.html Both are not 'airplane' specific but I don't know anything that is. 3DS Max would be a step above them but it doesn't come free.
