tuts on 3d studio max.?

i'm really really new to 3d studio max, and i'd love to work and make models with it. i have no idea where to start and whenever i google up tuts, there too complicated. can someone direct me to a good tut site on 3d modelling? x; i'm a newbbieee =x thanks in advance =]
