I need a 3d model of a vertebrae?

i want to make a 3d model of a spine and cannot do a vertebae (im not that good and dont have the images) if someone can direct me to a model of one i could use it to make my model. I would prefer the model be in 3DS Max or Blender (.3ds, .blend).
