Looking for a freeware 3D modelling software package.?

I need something with an interface similar to that of 3D Studio 4 or Max. I have a Radeon card so Blender doesn't work too well.

2. There is actually a free 3d program you can download at www.anim8or.com it is very similer and also has free tuterials on how to use it for both 3d modeling and animations...hope this helps.
3. I heard that Blender 3D is a free decent 3D app, but I don't know whether its interface is similar to 3DSmax. Visit the its homepage to see it for yourself.
4. Wings 3D is a free 3d modeler. but no animation/rigging features. http://www.wings3d.com
